If my Y plus values are within 5, Is it appropriate to change Turbulent Wall-Treatment to Wall Resolved or it depends on wall function I'm using?

The standard wall function covers all Y+ from 1 to larger values, with nice blending function connecting viscous sub layer to buffer layer or log law layer. Thus, there really is not a reason to indicate wall-resolved (which would be turbulence_wall_type = low_reynolds_number in the input file itself).
