HWCFD Y+ calculator's values for water not syncing

Hello experts,

I calculated 1st layer thickness value with the formula and found out that its very different from the one given by HWCFD for water even though the values for air are similar. I have cross checked with other online calculators and the values goes well along with the formula. So which ones should I follow for 1st layer thickness?
