How can I fix a faulty installation after re- installing hyperworks 2022 student edition?

Hi,

I've a problem with installing hyperworks. I tried several times to re- install hyperworks, but it is always the same. After going through the hole installation process, the last window says the installation was successful, but some errors occurred.
After pressing finish, I can open Hyperworks and access all functions, but I can't run any simulation with Optistruct. Nothing happens if I press the button.
Before this re- installation, Hyperworks 2021 and 2022 had already worked on my PC, but I deleted both because of an licence error.

I would be very happy if someone could help me.
