need help to solve Radioss run error# 760

Hi everyone,

I am trying to study the extrusion analysis for a fake battery pack, I follow the training videos to set it, but when I am running solver, it shows the error# 760 as below, I want to attach my model but it over the 15MB limitation. it will be appreciated that you can give me some advice.

Unfortunately 760 is the error that means 'something fundamentally went wrong, but we don't know what' it isn't really possible to guess the cause without the model.

If you zip the 0000.rad and 0001.rad, how big is the zip file?

hi Paul, thank you for your reply, I just checked some same error questions and I use the model checker to find the issue, I think it is OK now, thank you again!

Using Model Checker is always a good idea, specially for this kind of model!
