Hyperworks has encountered an error and must now exit

You could try and delete the session files created in the My Documents folder and see if that helps. If that doesn't, then can you provide the Updates and System information for your installation of HyperWorks along with any crash/log files that might have been generated at the time of crash?

I try to delete files created in my documents folder but it doesn´t work. So I attach Updates and System information.

Also I attach a file that is generated when the error message appears. I open the file and I think there is no useful information...but anyway I attach it.

Have you tried with a updated version?

When do you actually see the error? You mention on save or run of solution. Have you checked the file path? Tried a different path?
