Problem with Hyperstudy Student version 2021

HI I am trying to run hyperstudy version 2021 on my computer and it is showing me an error named "No module named alt is found". I found out that it is a problem with this student version of Hyperstudy so is it possible to get a previous version where this problem doesnt exist?
