Student Edition Download Link Not Working

I am trying to download "Inspire" using the link provided via email for the Student Edition Download License File, but each time I click the link it takes me to a new tab that closes automatically. I can download the notepad file but that's it.

    Hello again, I tried using the provided link but all I get is the message "403-Forbidden" as shown below.

    Try to refresh the page 2-3 times after you get the message "403 Forbidden", this works many times.

    There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download, in such cases

    • You should copy and paste the links in a different browser and click go
    • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
