Why I cannot find the tab ‘Student Edition Bundle’ in my Marketplace?

I have received a new PC on which I want to install a student version of HyperWorks. I successfully completed the installation, but I encountered an error message in HyperWorks stating that the license file ‘.dat’ is not valid. I had requested this license file on my old PC.” I cannot find the tab ‘Student Edition Bundle’ in my Marketplace?

I took the steps exactly as in the video. But I don't find the "Student Edition Bundle" tab in my marketplace at the end to get the license key

Your account may be pending verification. Please wait until your account is verified. You will be notified via email once your account is verified. After that, you will be able to access the student edition bundle on the Altair One Marketplace.
