Hello, I am from China,

I would like to ask when studying our course I can't watch the videos in the course, all the others can be watched, I don't know if it's because of the network problem all the mainland China can't be watched?

I don't know if it's because of the internet problem that all mainland China can't watch?

I've changed my browser and still can't watch the videos.

HI @Weidong Li  can you please share the location you are referring to so we can investigate this further. Ideally just post a URL here as a reply. Thanks, Knut

I can not play the video under this page, except for the video other can be loaded out.

    https://learn.altair.com/mod/scorm/player.php?a=640&currentorg=articulate_rise&scoid=1702

Sometimes the following warning appears, but when I wait a few seconds it will load the page I want, except for the video in the page.

Alert:   “The SCORM player has determined that your Internetconnection is unreliable or has been interrupted. lf youcontinue in this SCORM activity, your progress may not be saved. You should exit the activity now, and return when you have adependable Internet connection.”

Dear @Weidong Li this particular video is streamed via YouTube, which I believe is blocked in China. I am sorry there is no solution for now. We are moving away from this stream approach and we hope our new service will cause less trouble for you.
