Inspire Form not working

Hi, can anyone help me to solve this problem. Currently i cant use my Inspire Form. Why it shows such that (like in the picture i attached) everytime i open that software. Before this, this software working just fine. I am pretty sure it does not because of license problem. I already uninstall and reinstall the software but it still does not working. How can i solve this problem? Anyone help me. Thank youimage

    Just updating my graphic card driver but still not working. My others altair product (Inspire and Inspire Cast) just working well. Is there any solution? Btw thank you

    The configuration file in the %HOMEPATH%\.altair directory is corrupted.
    It is best to uninstall the program, delete the entire directory (.altair)and install again.

    Hi @Muhammad Azman ,

     

    Do you switch to custome > clean install when updating graphic driver?
