how to download just the altair license manager

i am part of the team who run license servers at the university of queensland and i need to update the server to license manager 15 however i cannot see it as a download on the marketplace, i created this account last year when the academic purchased hyperworks and somehow i managed to download altair license manager 14.5 but cannot see where it is this year to download

    In the Altair One marketplace, if you click on a simulation product like HyperWorks, and then click on the product tile, you will see the License Manager downloads available on the 4th tab.
