"Optistruct & Radioss not installed currently"

Hello All! While solving linear static analysis problem, I am always getting the error of 'Radioss not installed currently' in HW 13.0& HW 19.0 as well. Please help.

It looks like you are running HyperMesh without HW solvers. Are you using full version or student edition?
