Submenu or Sub option window is not displaying in Simlab 19.1
My question is related to Simlab 19.1.
I used to create mesh using Simlab, but today I faced an issue with software. Whenever I click any button provided in software UI, for example Mesh Control, Mesh, Remesh, Quality, Grid Mesh, Layers etc. It must show the submenu of sub option available, like if I click Mesh Control button after selecting required feature then it has to show the option window containing various mesh controls for body, face, fillet, cylinder etc. but it is not showing that option window at all.
I tried various ways to resolve this problem, I found that each and every button provided is undergoing same issue.
I reinstalled my software, but issue did not resolved.
If anyone having solution then I am very thankful for your help.

I ran the HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat script which deleted my current settings for all Altair HyperWorks software and it somehow fixed the issue.
The path where you can find the script is located here:
C:\Program Files\Altair\2022.2\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup

this behavior usually occours because the SimLab GUI was not able to detect that a secondary monitor was disconnected. The easiest way to solve this is to "refresh" the display settings of the computer, for example by connecting/disconnecting a secondary monitor or projector.
