unsupported graphics card detected

I was solving the rod element and after completing the analysis I clicked on results and a pop-up window opens that says, 'warning Unsupported graphics card detected' and the results are not shown properly. help me if anyone happens to know about this issue.

HyperWorks needs a nice graphic card to work correctly and nicely display models and results.

Probably your graphic card is not fully supported, or your drivers are not up-to-date. If you have a good one, try updating the graphic card driver. Another thing to check is if the software is using the dedicated video card or the onboard one (sometimes happens).

What is your graphic card? and what is the driver's date?
