I do not receive the email for downloading the software

After having received this email :"

Check your inbox for an email with the license file and software download links, if not received, or for any other student edition related queries, write to us only in the Altair community Academic Forum "

I had not received nothing for download the software. It's 2 days that I'm waiting for the email.

Can you help me?

    We have received your student license request and it has been forwarded to the concerned person for approval.

    Your student license request is approved and an email containing software download links and license file has been sent to you. Please let us know here if the issue persists.
