Question about licences without an internet conection

Hello, 

I have a question about named user licences (inspire cast for example) but also about the altair units managed in the CE pack.
I have a prospect who is interested in one of the two solutions, but the problem is that he doesn't always have an internet connection, and/or the connection isn't necessarily very stable. Is it possible to use this type of licence without a connection for a dedicated PC?
I know that it is possible to have stand-alone licences in the ME package, but what about named user versions and in the CE package?

Bonjour Yohann,

Named User licenses are only available online. They would need to connect regularly to the Internet and borrow licenses at a minimum. Please note that our software have a grace period before they stop functioning so if their connection Internet has short interruptions from time to time it will not be  a problem.
