FEKO (student edition) solver error message "Error 20103"

After download FEKO student edition, I try to simulate "RCS and Near Field of a Dielectric Sphere".

but error message appear

Ok so line 150 is:

What is the setting of your environment variable ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH ?
