Weight Extraction from HyperMesh

I am trying to figure out my options in Hypermesh to get individual weights of all of the components in my model. I believe I can add them to the .f06 but is there another easy solution? I was thinking about using the API, but I have not dug into that yet (in the past I've had a great experience with Femap's API).
