Is there any way to get bending wave speed through Optistruct or any other Altair product?

I was reading the paper mentioned above. In the paper, they analytically calculate wave speed of bending wave travelling in a simple plate. The wave travels in perpendicular direction of the plate deformation. The formula for the same is mentioned below.

The expression is derived from the wave equation for plates. Since the above formula can only predict the wave speed for a simple plate, and not for the complex structures ; I wanted to know is there any way or method by which we can predict the wave speed through any of the Altair products.
