I'm an Altair Unit user and my machine is authorized but I'm getting a notification to update my license. Please help.

Hi there. I am an Altair Unit user and the Admin for AltairOne. We recently renewed our license for the Altair Units and my machine is an authorized machine. However, I got a notification saying that my license will expire soon. How do I activate my license?

Hello,

Your current license is expiring on Feb 1st. This is why you see the message.

I see your renewal was processed and the new license will automatically be added to your account on Jan 31st.

Since our company licenses expires on 02/18/2024 and with our renewal set for the same date then we shouldn't see this notification in our application anymore?
