Do you have any other similar file that fails as well? or is this specific to this file?
Are you able to test the same file in another machine?

I already create .h3d file with an other model and I can open it. Its very specific to this file.
I already test to open it with an other machine but it didn't works. (the machine have the same properties.. )
It is possible to hve an error file under hyperview in order to see why the file cannot be imported. Because when I click on import for my model Hyperview closes directly

a couple things to try:
- try to load the h3d file into HVTRANS and check if it at least loads the table of contents of your model
- try to run again the model, and make sure the file was not corrupted, somehow
- try to load the file into HV UpFrontLoader (loads the file in portions, better handling huge models)
by the way, how large is your file, and what is your hardware right now?

I tried to load my file into HTRANS and these application crash too without any messages.
I launched my calculation several times to test several .h3d and each time I cannot open it.
The size of my file is 800 000 ko.
