steady state heat transfer analysis

I have a model which consists of 5 copper tubes. I calculated its heat flux and convection values based on the inside diameter of the tube (3667.625 W/m^2 & 39.650 W/m^2-K). Would like to know the heat transfer from the inside to outside diameter of tube, 12.5 mm outside and 12 mm inside. How to do this? I'm new to altair simlab. Here is my model.
