altair student license

Hi

I send this email because I have a trouble with Altair license. There  is a mistake in HOST Id ETHERNET in my Altair license file. 
My host id is  9C-B6-D0-C3-17-9B, not  9E-B6-D0-C3-17-9B.
If is possible i would like a new Altair license.
