"Unable to save model file. Please check file permissions."

Hi,

Firstly I've uploaded the .step file in HyperWorks and then I wanted to create a 3D mesh with tetramesh. I've used the options below.
After the mesh is created, if I try to save the model, the error message appears.

If I use a 1st order mesh (in element order section) it gives me no error. If I use the second order mesh, the message appears and I'm unable to continue the project.

Why does it happen?
Thank you.

[I've attached the step file]

I was able to let it work.
I just tried to set a value bigger than 8 (I used 8.1) and it worked.

I guess the student license doesn't allow less than 8.

    Is that true?

    HI,

A second order mesh may increase the number of nodes count to above the node count allowed by the student edition , please see the student edition limitations here - https://altairuniversity.com/altair-student-edition-limitations/
