I dont see email verified that i have registered on the Altair Student Edition

i have just registered on the Altair Student Edition for a PSIM edu license with my school gmail. But i dont see any email verified that i have registered on the Altair Student Edition. Help me please!!!

I just asked the school's faculty officer, and they explained that my school's email does not receive strange emails from outside. So I will register again with my personal gmail and the photo of student ID card. Thank you for your answer
