I'm a beginner with Optistruct, and I need guidance on solving a 2D linear elastic problem using a thin-shell element formulation. Could someone please offer step-by-step instructions or recommend a tutorial to help me get started?

Hi Anoop,
If you want to have thin shell formulation, you can go for MID3 as blank in PSHELL card. You can create this by right click in model browser and select Property for creation, then toggle the MID3 option to Blank. See the image below.
