Can Radioss model a coupled thermal-structural analysis with deletion of elements

I want to model a machining/cutting 2D plane strain model of a cutting tool/insert with a workpiece.

The workpiece would have Johnson-Cook material properties. The cutting tool/insert would either be rigid or tungsten carbide. The workpiece would need to include damage in order to model the "separation" of the chip from the workpiece during machining. This would require deletion of the elements as the simulation progresses.

My question is therefore:

Can Radioss model a coupled thermal-structural analysis with deletion of elements?

Can heat transfer properties be varied with temperature?

The attached paper gives an idea what has been achieved with Abaqus Explicit.

These problems have also been solved with SPH techniques. Please see the attached paper.

Any information would be most welcome.
