Direct import of creo 4 model is not working

Hi, 

I am getting following error for one of the user while importing the Creo 4 model while importing directly into Simlab 2021.1.

Port number is not provided.
RemoteConnectionStarter finished and destroyed

The Creo 4 path is specified correctly during installation and also verified it in vp_init.bat

This is creating production issue for our user. Please help in this regard.
