Error Codes 6 during Installation

I have Followed all the processes mentioned in the 'License Application Process PDF'  & respective video for the same, even though its showing some Error Code - 6 , what are the reasons & how to fix them?

Hello All,

 

Error code 6 is typically the below following issues –

·         Typo in the license file name.  Normal typos are:  Altair is spelled wrong or file name is called altair_lic.dat.dat

·         Location of the altair_lic.dat file is not in the security directory.

·         Modification of installation directory location after the product was installed

 

So kindly try with the above options & once your problem solved then update us regarding the same
