Installing OptiStruct

I've installed the HyperWorks Desktop-2017.3 but I also need OptiStruct. I tried installing solvers with the HyperWorks Master Installer-2018.0.1 since the website says that HyperWorks Desktop-2017.3 supports 2018 solvers. However, when installing 2018, solvers are unavailable. How do I go about installing OptiStruct with HyperWorks Desktop-2017.3?

You have to install HyperWorks solvers 2018 which is available from Altair connect
