Hi everyone.

I am doing some simulations for my dissertation project and during meshing and computing processes the Hmopengl.exe process stops working. I have tried to figure out whats going on but everything I have done has been useless so far.

I have given administrator rights to the application, disconnected the anti-virus, changing the work directory but nothing has changed.
Sometime I receive an extra error saying 'segmentation error ocurred'. I have plenty of space in the hard drive and the working directory has around 100gb space.

I will upload some pictures later with the problem.

Thanks in advance.

Guillermo

Please check if the graphics card and driver in your machine is compatible with HyperWorks

If not please switch to a supported card (switch it in BIOS to NVIDIA or any supported card in your machine already) and try

list of supported cards are here -

Yeah, try to reinstall the software. If the issue is always there, maybe hardware is the cause.
