altair hyperworks error code 9

Hello,

I installed the Altair Hyperworks student version around 3-4 weeks back. It worked perfectly for a couple of weeks but now when I try to open it, it throws the code error 9 message. Also, please note that there has been no change made by me in those weeks for this error to occur. Kindly direct me on how to solve this

I have same problem – Error Code:9. I did as you suggested but still is not working.

Here is full error massage:

Altair License Manager: License error

Feature(s): GlobalZoneAM, HyperWorks, HWAutomate

Error Code: 9

Error Description:
