Exterior acoustic sphere mesh for motor acoustic analysis

Hi, 

I am doing acoustic analysis for motor. When I mesh the gap between a motor component and a sphere at 1 meter distance using 3D tetra elements, it works fine (as shown) . But while doing the same with full motor, I am getting error in meshing. If anyone can help with this, it would be great.

Hi sir, 

The error message is as follows:

'Tetra Mesh failed error=-1, 4043 failed elements saved.' 

The model is also shared to you via your FTP link.

Hi Mayur,

 

You can see that there are 6 failed volumes. This could be because of the geometry. Try with a different element size and check if that helps.

Sir I am trying all the possible elements sizes from last 3-4. Still stuck with the errors
