Hi

I have a excel sheet containing stress vs strain physical test data (over 120,000 points). Is it possible to import into hyperview to generate plot?

If not, what other tools can I use?

many thanks

    Hi,

of course you can do it.

I'm using normally Unicode *.txt file format ('save as' in Excel). Be sure that only the necessary datas are on the data sheet. (rows and columns)

In Hyperview -> Hypergraph 2D you can choose this file and select your requests for x and y (use preview, it's a nice feature)

    Best regards,

    Mario

PS: we have board section for hyperview ;-)

It's not very clear. I have saved my data in excel as unicode *.txt format. But while reading the data in hyperview it is showing en error.

    Thanks for clarification

    Hello Sashi,

in order to plot these results in HyperGraph export your data in a csv format. Then you will be able to open the file and select X and Y components with no issue. Hope this helps!

    Best regards,
    Orestis.
