Power loss calculation

How to add following dependencies inn device power loss calculation for MOSFET / IGBT, since the device characteristics are defind for specific gate voltages, gate resisters, Vce voltages etc.

The device loss changes with change in gate resisters, gate voltage & Vce voltages. How to add these dependancies in PSIM device loss calculations.

1. Gate resistance
2. Gate Voltage
3. Vce voltage

these are defined by the "test conditions" when you input the curves. in the later version of the thermal module there is an input for switching losses as a function of Rg. When you use the model then you will input the Rg and Vg you are using and the model will scale for you.
