I tried everything suggested here

except creating a new request based on wifi address.
I checked the ethernet address and it matches the one in licence file, yet I cannot start Hyperworks. I have been trying to get this working for almost a year now.
I feel that maybe it doesn't work because I do not connect to internet using cable but I use wifi.
