    Hi Suraj,

Assign PART card image to component(s).

Right click on component(s) in model browser>> Edit>> Card Image>> PART and apply the changes.

Once done, run the job and let us know if you are through the error image/emoticons/default_smile.png' alt=':)' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>

    Hi,

This issue seems to be with the interface defined in the model.

Please share the file through the secure dropbox link for reviewing.

    Hi,

Please share the starter out file. Also, please run the model checker so that we can know which interface is creating issues.

What type of analysis are you doing and what type of interfaces are there in the model.

    Hi,

As a workaround please remove the interface and run the model file, so that we can confirm whether this issue arise from the interface.

if I REMOVE INTERFERENCE HOW THE PARTS ARE GOING TO GET ATTACHED?

    Hi,

This is just to confirm whether this issue is causing due to the interfaces. If the deck runs fine we can confirm the same.

At that case user has to recreate the interface properly.

Yes, the simulation run without any error on changing boundary condition. But my question is how it is possible that without applying contact the part is not flying, as I am fixing one component and applying force on other? And there is no transfer of force on a component other than component on which force is applied?

even I run the components one by one by applying random forces it giving results?how to deal with the contact problem?

    Hi,

With the proper definition of contacts only you can a get a realistic simulation with sensible results. Since you are not defining an contacts you can check whether the components are penetrating. Only after reviewing the model we can comment much on this.

I checked penetration and removed all interference and penetration.

    Hi,

I just recreated the Type 2 contact in the model. When Type 2 is created select only those nodes and elements that needs to be kinematically connected.

Please go through the model file shared in the last post.

    Hi,

The Interface Type 2 with Spotflag =0, this can cause an error in RADIOSS Engine at the first cycle, due to a negative mass. You could try Spotflag=1 and see if that helps.

    Hi George,

How to run the model checker as you mentioned? Can we only do a check run by using HyperWorks Solver Run Manager in Windows system?
