3D volume mesh

I am completly new to hypermesh. I want to place a 3D volume mesh not just 2D surface mesh and I cant find any tutorials that show you how to do it. Does anybody know where I can read such tutorial or at least which tools I should use to create this 3D mesh? Thanks in advance.

When you are in HyperMesh, click Help / HyperMesh, then on the index tab, type in tutorials. Display the topics and you will see under meshing there are some 3D examples.
