Hi,
I tried to Install HVP 9.0 on Win xp SP2 JPN OS, but facing problems. I can not start the Application. Even after installation of 9.0 HVP 8.0 or 7.0 stops working.
I have no problem installing and using on Eng. OS.
Pls. Help.

We will have to test this issue here and let you know the possible work around for the same.
In the mean while could you please let us know if it is a 64 bit or a 32 bit version of the OS you are using?

Hi Varun,
I am using 32bit JPN Win XP.
The install doesn't contain all required C++ Libraries for the software. So if your computer doesn't previously have them from an update then the player won't work.
