Roll Angle not zero in the beginning of analysis

why doesn't my model roll angle start with zero at the beginning of step steer analysis

    Hi! The initialized position and speed of a driven vehicle is calculated before data is recorded. Based on your supplied MDL file, your vehicle's CGY is -1.50729 mm, and thus should have an initialized roll angle. To verify this, you could track roll angle vs. time during a simple simulation where we allow the vehicle to settle under gravity by:

    • Suppressing the event
    • Suppressing the Altair Driver Model
    • Running a Transient simulation for 1 second

    I followed those steps and created the following plot (Capture001.png). Here you can see the roll angle starts at 0 degrees.
