I am trying to apply the gaussian pulse at the feeding of the horn antenna. Then I want to check the poynting powetr at some specific distances of the horrn aperture, how can I do thse steps?

What you can do is use the Time Analysis toolbox in POSTFEKO to define a time domain input signal:
Here you can define your Gaussian Input Signal to analyze the frequency response of the system due to the input signal:
You can then analyze the Poynting Vector at various distances due to this input signal.
Do you have the desired Gaussian signal and model you can provide and I can see if I can provide better context?

Sir, thank you I already solved this probkem quite a long ago. Can you kindly tell me how to appply second order gaussian pulse equation which is already in MATLAB, How to export that from MATLAB and apply in my postfeko at the feeding of my antenna ?

I know for the time input signal, you can specify points. These points will have a time and amplitude value associated with them. So, in MATLAB I believe you can just export the data to a *.txt file in tab delimited columns with the time and amplitude of the signal and import it as shown below. Specify the time scale properly as well as the number of points and it should be adequately represented in POSTFEKO. I am attaching an example *.txt file of a time domain signal you can import into POSTFEKO where the Time axis unit is s, number of points are 1000.

You can click the Import points button which will allow you to select the *.txt file you had created from MATLAB to import into POSTFEKO.
Sir, thanks for your instant reply. suppose you have the gaussian pulse like this screenshot in MATLAB, how can I export it from Matlab and import it in POSTFEKO? That was my problem.

Here is a *.txt file that contains my code as just an example of how to export the data to tab delimited columns in MATLAB.
In POSTFEKO, you can click the New time signal which opens up the time signal definition. Select Specify points manually to import the data from MATLAB. Choose seconds as the Time axis unit. Select Import points and choose the *.txt file generated by the code and select Tab delimited. Lastly, choose the proper number of points as defined in your code.
With that you should be able to visualize the time signal you generated in MATLAB
