i dont understand why you want delete component : tmp_2d_for_tetra.1 because it represent my mesh ?
whene i delete this component i get the similar error its logic because i delete element mesh

The 2d mesh/model is first investigated for faults and if there are any the failed elements are duplicated and placed in the error elements component.
I suggest the tetrameshing tutorials in help and this checklist before tetrameshing.

I am asking to delete '^' (rename the component name without '^')
If you have ^ in front of the component name, no elements from that components are exported to the solver deck. All elements will be ignored which are stored in that component.
