I see some material is removed after the analysis. Make sure you move the elements of bolt area from design to non design space.

Can you load the session file HyperView and check the rotational displacement (this is what you want to optimize for) for the last iteration?

can you tell me? I am not getting the complete result of my topology optimization. I wanna do topology optimization of the differential case of differential gear box. My FEA analysis is fine but optimization results are showing only in blue and red region form in element density. and how to compare of our final result from our original model that how much material we can or did remove from the model?

Hi Waqas,

 

Open the ,out file in any text editor and check which constraints are violating. From this you will get to know why the constraints are violating and with what margin.
