The problem is coming from posions Ratio between 3 and 1. Can you check whether the poison's ratio you have given is for 3 and 1 and not 1 and 3 (Nu31 not Nu13)?

So I checked with experts about failure index and this is what they suggest:
Yes, you have also to export the full stress tensor in all plys.
Then you can recalculate, in the result-math-builder (in hv), the necessary failure criteria, based on what-ever model.
For /FAIL/HASHIN/ you will get them in the damage value using ANIM/BRICK/DAMA#
