I have used the Grav card for 1G loading of the chassis.
my doubt here is:
Would the gravity load that I have assigned, be taken up by all the elements of the chassis??
As I see no provision to assign a set in the GRAV card.
Yes the grav load will be applicable to all the elements of the chassis(ie all component).
A gravity load is valid for the entire model, as written in the helpfile: Defines the gravity vectors for use in determining gravity loading for the structural model.
This requires the definition of a density. So you can organize your model, if you need.
