Composite modelling in Radioss

I am working on Imapact attenuator of formula student car, here I am simulating Impact attenuator made up of carbon fibre composite using Radioss solver.

I am using only plies of carbon fibre material with different orientation without having any core material, so while creating material, which card image should I use?

 And if I apply this material to particular component, so for creating Property for that component, which card image should i use? And lastly, while creating property for plies of composite which card image i should use? I am attaching images for every situation.

    Hi Sanket,

    There are various material and property laws available for composites in RADIOSS. I suggest you to search for Composite Properties and also Composite and fabric materials in the Help Menu.

    In general I can suggest you to use /MAT/LAW25 (COMPSH) for material card and can use /PROP/TYPE9 for property card, which is  used to define the orthotropic shell property and /PROP/TYPE6 and /MAT/LAW12 can be used for solid elements. /MAT/LAW14 also defines an orthotropic solid material using the Tsai-Wu formulation.
