Altair Inspire student version error code appears.
Depending on the installation method, I downloaded the Inspire, set the license you sent me by mail to the environment variable, put it in that location, and run it, but this error appears.
I thought the IP was wrong, so I used Wi-Fi and Ethernet, but I got the same error.
How can i solve this problem?
Thx for reading my question.

is this error shown when you launch the product? or when you're running a simulation?
what do you mean by "set the license you sent me by mail to the environment variable"?
the license for the student edition comes as 'altair_lic.dat'.
You just need to add it to the installation folder, under the 'secutirty' folder.

When I launched Inspire, this error happened.
"set the license you sent me by mail to the environment variable" this sentence means that altair sent me this link ( https://altairuniversity.com/altair-student-edition-licensing/) and license file( altair_lic.dat ).
I think link means that I should change license's environment variable.
So I did it, but this error appeared.
Lastly, I did in your way, but I failed again.
Thank you

the website instructions shows alternative ways of setup the license.
If you have and error with the env variable, you should remove it, and try the approach #2 (security folder).
Can you show me the env. variable that you have created?
And where are you pointing the license file to?
Usually there might be some issues with special characters or spaces in your license folder.
So to avoid this, I would just delete the env variable, and put the license inside the security folder.
