I get the following note:
Error 3849: Wrong specification of the medium for a metallic triangle
What does this mean?
This error could occur when a metallic triangle is embedded inside a dielectric but a Union was not made of the two parts. The union operation is required to ensure correct connectivity and region information for faces and wires.
The *.out file will show the triangle number that triggers the error. The triangle number can be used with the Find elements tool in POSTFEKO to see the location (triangle) that triggers the error (use CTRL+F).
To reproduce this error, for example in CADFEKO do the following:
