braking force on chassis

when i am applying a deacceleration of 1120mm/sec^2 on the chassis it showing an error i am attaching the output file and the result file how it looks after applying deacceleration. i have also attached the orignal chassis image. applied deacceleartion is in +z axis. can anyone tell me why this is happening.

    Hi,

     

    please

     

    1. check if your units are consistent. (mm and sec for all relevant entities).

    2. check if your boundary conditions are sufficient (no rigid body mode)

    i have also tried putting the value of 9.81 m/sec^2 but the result is same

    As suggested above make sure the model is sufficiently constrained, more importantly also make sure there is no connectivity issue, go to tool > edges > preview equivalence and equivalence the nodes where there are connectivity issues.

    Same as Rahul, I think you need check coincident nodes and do equivalence.

    thank you there was some connectivity issue it has been resolved.
