Windowsの「個人設定」で、Windowsクラシックなどが選ばれていることが考えられますので、「Aeroのテーマ」の何れかに設定して下さい。

どうしても「Windows クラシック」モードで使いたい、クラシックが良い。。。 という方は、プルダウンメニューFile⇒Run⇒Tcl/Tk scriptから下のファイルを実行して下さい。
↑このファイルを、「hmcustom.tcl」という名前に変更して、HyperMeshの作業フォルダに置いておくと、HyperMesh起動時に自動的に実行されるようになります。
※Windows純正ツールの拡大鏡でも、Aeroテーマのみ動く機能があるなど「Windows クラシック」には制約が多いです。また、Windows 10では、「Windows クラシック」モードは廃止されていますので、いつまでも古い画面に拘らず「Aeroテーマ」の利用を推奨します。
